Send your kids to space! Planetarium Shows with the Mars Blueberry Astrobiology Dome

- Duration: 20 Minutes (approx.)
- Location: Greytown, Wairarapa
- Product code: MarsBlueberry
The Mars Blueberry Astrobiology Dome is New Zealand's one-of-a-kind portable planetarium experience. It's round, it's blue, and inside it, your mini astronauts will learn about planets, galaxies, the origin of life, and whether aliens are out there.
Most importantly, they get to ask questions to real space scientists! Hari is an astrobiologist who interned at NASA and is a Mars researcher, and Sam is an astrophysicist. They both love answering questions about space and looking at the stars at night with really large telescopes (make sure you check their Star Safari experience too).
Hari and Sam have logged an impressive over 200 school and event visits with the Mars Blueberry since they started in 2022 and have hosted more than 38,000 people through the airlock of the Blueberry.
Each session is a 20-minute live voyage through the universe.
No scripts, no recordings – just real science, real stories, and your real questions.
Please note: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
